O2 sells Bohemia Real estate company
Telecommunications company Telefonica O2 to sell the company Bohemia Real Estate Investments unneeded property for more than four billion. Companies yesterday concluded a framework agreement, which also includes a contract for the lease-back of the property.Telefonica also has not ruled out selling its other assets in the future. The company sold mainly administrative and technology buildings and almost never used. Total area exceeds 630,000 sqm.
